Drop Shipping

Printed in Thetford, dispatched under your brand

You take the order. We print it, pack it, and send it straight to your customer in plain packaging with your paperwork inside. No stock to buy, no unit to rent, and nothing in the box that points back to us.

White-label print without holding stock

You keep the shopfront and the customer relationship. We hold the kit, the substrates, and the production slots, and ship the finished item to whatever address you give us.

Cash flow

Nothing sitting in a cupboard losing value

The usual merchandise problem is guessing: fifty of each size bought up front, and the sizes that sell out are never the ones you over-ordered. Here the customer order triggers the production, so your money goes out after theirs comes in—and a single tee is as workable as a run of two hundred.

White label

Nothing in the box carries our name

Plain outer packaging, your delivery note inside, and none of our leaflets slipped in at the last minute. Your customer has no reason to think the parcel came from anywhere but you, and we do not follow them up afterwards—the relationship you built stays yours.

Coordination

One order, one parcel, one lead time

Split a print, a tee, and a mug across three suppliers and you inherit three lead times, three carriage charges, and three versions of whose fault it is when one turns up late. All three decoration routes run under our roof in Thetford, so a mixed order is packed and tracked as a single dispatch.

What we can drop ship

If it is already in our range, it can usually go direct to a customer. These three routes suit single-item, direct-to-door work best.

Flat Print

Posters, art prints, stickers, and cards

Gloss, satin, and matt posters, giclée and photographic work on fine art papers and canvas, and contour-cut vinyl stickers shaped to your artwork.

  • A-series and custom sizes, single prints upwards
  • Rolled in a tube or sent flat and board-backed by size and value
  • Colour held consistent between the first order and the fiftieth reprint
DTF Clothing

T-shirts, hoodies, and workwear

Direct-to-film transfers pressed onto the garment. Full-colour artwork with fine detail and no extra cost per colour, across cotton, polyester, and blends—see custom clothing and branded workwear for the wider range.

  • Photographic and gradient artwork without screen separations
  • Mixed sizes and one-off garments handled as normal orders
  • Wash durability checked against fabric blend before we press a run
Dye-Sublimation

Mugs, coasters, and gift items

Sublimation onto coated drinkware and giftware, where the ink sits in the coating rather than on top of it, so the print will not peel or flake in normal use. Sits alongside our branded promo items range.

  • Mugs, coasters, mousemats, and similar coated blanks
  • Full-wrap artwork, personalised names, and one-per-order variations
  • Boxed and packed for courier handling, not just bubble-wrapped

The same production floor either way

Nothing about a drop-shipped order changes how it is made. Single items come off the same kit and the same benches as the bulk work we run for businesses across East Anglia.

How it works

Four steps from first conversation to a parcel on your customer’s doorstep. No platform to learn and no monthly subscription to sign.

01

Set your account up. Tell us the products you plan to list and the volumes you expect. We confirm trade pricing per line, the decoration route, and a realistic dispatch lead time before you advertise anything.

02

Send us the order. Email or a shared spreadsheet is fine to start with: artwork, product and size, quantity, and the full delivery address. We give you the file spec for each route so nothing bounces back.

03

We print and check. Your job is produced in Thetford and checked against the spec before it is packed. If a file will not hold up at final size, we flag it before we go to press, not after.

04

It ships to your customer. Tracked courier or post depending on the item, with your paperwork in the box and none of ours. Tracking details come back to you to pass on.

White label as standard

Blind dispatch is not an add-on here. Every drop-shipped order goes out the same way.

  • Plain outer packaging with no Designs on Print branding
  • Your delivery note or packing slip inside the box
  • No flyers, business cards, or promotional inserts of ours added
  • Customer details used for that dispatch only, never for our own marketing
  • Queries and returns come back to you, so the supply chain stays yours

What we need from you

Get these right on the order line and the job moves straight into production.

  • Print-ready artwork at final size for the route—we send exact specs per product
  • Product, size, colour, and quantity for every line
  • Full delivery address with postcode, plus a contact number for the courier
  • Any date you have already promised the customer
  • Your order reference if you want it printed on the paperwork

Who it suits

Drop shipping works best where the selling and the printing are genuinely separate jobs.

Online Sellers

Shops, marketplaces, and social storefronts

Selling prints, tees, or mugs through your own site, Etsy, eBay, or a social shop without wanting a heat press in the spare room. You list and sell; we produce and dispatch.

Designers & Agencies

Studios selling print alongside the work

Add printed deliverables to client projects and merchandise runs without becoming a printer. Trade pricing gives you room to mark up, and the client only ever sees your name.

Merch & Events

Promo firms, bands, clubs, and charities

Supporter and fan orders that arrive one at a time, all year round. Single items go out individually rather than sitting in a box waiting for enough orders to justify a run.

Drop shipping questions

The things people ask before they hand over a customer address for the first time.

White Label

Will my customer know the parcel came from you?

No. Orders go out in plain packaging with your paperwork inside and no Designs on Print branding on or in the box. We do not contact your customers and we do not add them to anything of ours.

Minimums

Is there a minimum order?

There is no minimum quantity per order: single items are normal for drop shipping. What we do ask for is a conversation up front about the lines you plan to sell, so pricing and lead times are agreed before your first customer order arrives.

Turnaround

How quickly do orders go out?

It depends on the route. Flat print and sublimation usually move faster than garment work, and courier transit sits on top of production. We confirm a working-day dispatch figure per product when we set your account up, and we tell you straight away if a promised date is not achievable.

Ordering

How do I send you orders?

Email or a shared spreadsheet is fine to begin with. As volume grows we can agree a regular CSV drop so you are not retyping addresses, and we will look at anything else that fits how your store already exports orders.

Artwork

What artwork do you need?

Print-ready files at final size: vector or 300dpi raster for flat print, transparent-background artwork at press size for DTF garments, and full-wrap files for sublimated items. We send exact specifications per product and flag anything that will not hold up before it goes to press.

Problems

What happens if an order arrives damaged or wrong?

Tell us and send a photograph. If our print or packing is at fault we reprint and re-dispatch; courier damage we take up with the carrier. Either way your customer deals with you and we deal with us.

Delivery

Can you drop ship outside the UK?

We dispatch UK-wide as standard and can quote international delivery per order. Customs paperwork and any duties are the sender's responsibility, so tell us the destination country early and we will price it properly.

Start a drop shipping account

Tell us what you plan to sell and roughly how much of it. We will come back with trade pricing, dispatch lead times, and the artwork specs for each product line.
